Garnd Daughter Of Prithivi Narayan

Guaranteed vs. Non-Guaranteed Permanent Life Insurance Policies
Fifty years ago, most life insurance policies sold were guaranteed and offered by mutual fund companies. Choices were limited to term, endowment or whole life policies. It was simple, you paid a high, set premium and the insurance company guaranteed the death benefit. All of that changed in the 1980s. Interest rates soared, and policy owners surrendered their coverage to invest the cash value in higher interest paying non-insurance products. To compete, insurers began offering interest-sensitive non-guaranteed policies.

Guaranteed versus Non-Guaranteed Policies
Today, companies offer a broad range of guaranteed and non-guaranteed life insurance policies. A guaranteed policy is one in which the insurer assumes all the risk and contractually guarantees the death benefit in exchange for a set premium payment. If investments underperform or expenses go up, the insurer has to absorb the loss. With a non-guaranteed policy the owner, in exchange for a lower premium and possibly better return, is assuming much of the investment risk as well as giving the insurer the right to increase policy fees. If things don’t work out as planned, the policy owner has to absorb the cost and pay a higher premium.

Mexican wrestler d!ed on ring

The autopsy results are in on legendary Mexican wrestler, Pedro Aguayo Ramirez Jr., known in the lucha libre circuits as “Hijo del Perro Aguayo” after he died in the ring on Friday while competing in a match in Tijuana, Mexico. According to Ernest Franco, the official doctor for the Tijuana Wrestling Commission, Aguayo died of a heart attack that he suffered after a broken neck in the ring at the feet of another legendary wrestler, Rey Mysterio Jr.

According to the results, Aguayo’s spinal cord was severed when he was kicked in the head by Rey Mysterio Jr. Shortly after the kick, Aguayo suffered a cervical stroke that prompted the heart attack that eventually killed him. After the injury, Aguayo immediately fell on to the ropes of the ring and lay there unconscious while the match continued.

Police are currently investigating the incident to determine whether or not manslaughter charges should be brought upon Rey Mysterio Jr. who’s real name is Oscar Guiterrez. However, the President of the Tijuana Wrestling Commission, Juan Carlos Pelayo, believes that the death was not Misterio’s fault, and that no negligence occurred.

Fans of the sport have criticized the wrestling commission after video of the tragedy surfaced online showing the slowness of medical help arriving to Aguayo. After falling unconscious, the match continued for nearly two minutes before any medical personnel arrived. Even after help arrived, it took another 80 seconds for a doctor to get to Aguayo to determine what was wrong.

The family of Pedro Aguayo Ramirez Jr. including his Hall-of-Fame father, Pedro Aguayo Damian, known in the ring as “El Perro Aguayo,” believes that the death was a tragic accident, and do not hold Rey Mysterio responsible. His father and his family asked Rey Mysterio to be a pallbearer at the funeral, which was held Monday and noted the long history between Rey Mysterio and Aguayo Jr. Other wrestlers even posted pictures of the pair as children in their wrestling outfits together as proof of their long friendship and history.

Earthquake nepal LIVE footage

Thousands of houses were damaged, completely and partially by the April 25 earthquake and subsequent aftershocks in the country. However, demolishing them remains a huge problem along with the daunting task of clearing the debris.

A total of 5,061 houses were fully damaged while 18,537 houses suffered partial damage in Kathmandu Municipal Corporation alone, according to Chief of the KMC disaster management unit Bir Bahadur Khadka. Likewise, 23 government offices were fully destroyed and 21 partially damaged in the earthquake.

The KMC has been received applications from more than 50 house owners everyday with a request to demolish their quake-damaged houses. However, lack of necessary equipment and narrow lanes leading to such houses is making the task very difficult, says Chief of the KMC physical development and construction department Dr Uttar Regmi.

The KMC has formed a risk assessment committee to carrying out visual assessment, receive applications from the landlords and decide on the ways to dismantle the houses. And based on the recommendation of the committee, a security team led by Nepali Army carries out the demolition work, according to assistant CDO of Kathmandu Surendra Poudel.

As of Thursday, more than 1,200 house owners in the KMC have applied for KMC support in demolition of their houses.

Jai Shiva Hindu Prayer- Radio Nepal Opening Bhajan

Shivaratri is celebrated on the 6th night of the dark Phalgun (Feb or March) every year. On the auspicious day, devotees observe fast and keep vigil all night. Mahashivaratri marks the night when Lord Shiva performed the ′Tandava′. It is also believed that on this day Lord Shiva was married to Parvati Ma. On this day Shiva devotees observe fast and offer fruits, flowers and bel leaves on Shiva Linga. Shivaratri is also spelled as Shivratri, Shivarathri and Sivaratri. Shivaratri is an annual Hindu festival popular in both India and Nepal. Of all the many festivals in Nepal this is probably my favorite for many reasons. Girls openly talk about their Desires in Bed

Pranks are supposed to be funny and induce laughter, but some pranks turn tragedies instead of comedies! Here are four such prank videos that were created with an intention to be LOL-worthy, which they surely did, but not for the pranksters!I’m talking about shows similar to the popular “Just for laughs gags” Canadian show, where organized funny pranks are played on the public, professionally produced, and shown as a regular series on a major network. Top 15 Biggest Body Builders In The World

Every day people around the world decide to take up a sport, hit the gym or work to improve their health and body. For most people, getting in shape and pushing their bodies mean adding a few more minutes on the treadmill, staying out on the field just a bit longer or lengthening that jog by an extra kilometer or two. For most of us, getting in shape and improving our health and bodies is a hobby. For others, in conjunction with something like a major change in diet, it’s a complete lifestyle change. Then, at the extreme end of the spectrum, there are those who get so into their sport or exercise that it can consume them, change who they are and even lead down a dark road.
The world of bodybuilding is one such sport which can be so rewarding to some and so damaging to others. Even those people who aren’t overly familiar with the sport know some of its greatest ever competitors. Ask anyone on the street who a famous bodybuilder is and you’ll likely get the response of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Yes, Arnold is one of the best known thanks to his movie and political career. Yet another is Lou Ferrigno, TV’s Incredible Hulk and another iconic bodybuilder of the 1970s and 1980s. Beyond these, most people wouldn’t know any others but there is a whole culture of bodybuilding and competition which sees men and women from around the world compete for various titles and accolades.
To an outsider, the muscle-covered bodybuilder is a perfect specimen of what heights humans can get to physically. Bulging and rippled, professional bodybuilders can be an impressive sight to behold during competitions. Yet, in this sense, the sport can sometimes be a complete façade. First, muscles and healthy looking exterior doesn’t necessarily mean a healthy interior and more than one bodybuilder has been known to die from poor health. Second, and linked with poor health, is the almost taboo topic of steroid use. Many bodybuilders use them and defend their decision by often stating that proper use is safe. Medical experts have continuously outlined the dangers of steroid use and linked chemical use with everything from heart and kidney failure to cancer and emotional instability.
All of this means that in the world of bodybuilding, competition can often push many individuals to extremes. Sometimes their bodies just can’t handle it. Other times, using steroids makes the situation worse, amplifying conditions which already existed. Finally, there are those whose competitive nature gets the best of them, making them do foolish or dangerous things they otherwise wouldn’t attempt. All of these are covered to varying degrees in the following video. Ahead lie 10 bodybuilders who went too far and suffered the consequences of their trade.

Sidha Kura PM Sanga (Ep. 15) – 30 July 2016

KATHMANDU: Caretaker Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said his party, the CPN-UML, would not join the new government likely to be formed under the leadership of CPN Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

Oli told a Maoist team led by Dahal, who had reached the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar this afternoon, that the party could not join the government to be formed in coalition with the Nepali Congress as the NC earlier had refused to join the UML-led government.

“The Nepali Congress has been making its view public in the Parliament as well at other public forums that the Congress and the UML should not be in the government together,” Oli’s press adivisor Pramod Dahal quoted Oli as telling Dahal, “If the Congress is ready for national consensus, it should clarify its position publicly at first.”

During the meeting, Oli also expressed his dissatisfaction over the understanding between NC and CPN MC to hold local body elections by mid-April next years, for which the UML was not consulted.

He also questioned intention of the NC-Maoist alliance as the parties are planning to change the government and hold local body elections around the same time in March-April next year, according to Oli’s press advisor.

The PM, however, maintained that major political parties should come together on issues of national interest, according to Dahal’s Secretariat.

While Dahal was accompanied by another Maoist leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha, the UML was represented by leaders Bhim Rawal, Subas Chandra Nembang, Bishnu Rimal and Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal.

Girl tr@fficking in africa and arab

Every year in Nepal thousands of girls, some as young as 9, are trafficked into exploitation and sexual abuse, their lives destroyed. We can prevent – and prevention is key – this modern slavery by educating girls. We go to the villages, find the girls most at risk, and give them all they need to stay in school – and safe. Education gives them confidence, value to their families and a future. The cost of this switch from dread to hope: $100 a year.Be careful of fake marriage bureaus in Kathmandu. Many girls are victim of these marriage bureau.fraud Marriage Bureau provides assistance in finding suitable matches for boys and girls. It also provides financial assistance to the poor for arranging marriages. In Hindu wedding is called vivaha and the wedding ceremony is called vivaah sanskar. The Hindus attach a lot of importance to marriages. Hinduism contains the belief that every person who is able should be married. The ceremonies are very colourful, and celebrations may extend for several days. The bride’s and groom’s home – entrance, doors, wall, floor, roof – are sometimes decorated with colors, balloons and other decorations.
Young Nepali women find employment in dance bars in East Africa. According to the report published last year 6000-8000 Nepalese girls aged between 20 to 30 years have been trafficked to Dubai via Delhi till December 2014. Girls are told thatthey will be taken to North America however they never made their way to there. Human trafficking is a crisis in Nepal. Every year, up to 20,000 young girls from the poorest parts of the country are sold or lured by traffickers with promises of marriage or good jobs. Casualties of poverty, illiteracy and a caste system that does not value girls, they are forced into Indian brothels or domestic servitude. In either case, they are slaves. Many are HIV positive within two years, and dead before they reach twenty.

Thapa is one of the deputy prime ministers of the outgoing KP Sharma Oli-led government.

Dahal, however, is in a bid to become the prime minister with the support from the largest party at the House, Nepali Congress, and as many parties as possible.

The Maoist party was the second largest coalition member of the Oli government before it pulled out of the government two weeks ago and moved a no-confidence motion against Oli at the House.

Nepal army playing with snake

Nepal has a wide variety of poisonous and non-venomous snakes, which are particularly active during the summer monsoon, including the Indian rock python, which can grow up to 33 feet long, and the deadly king cobra.

Conservative estimates suggest that there are 20,000 cases of snake bites in Nepal a year, almost all in the Terai southern plains, causing around 1,000 deaths.

The six-and-a-half-foot common cobra, which accounts for the majority of bites, is worshipped by Hindus in some parts of Nepal.
‘I was very angry after the snake bit into me. Then I followed the snake, grabbed it and bit it to death,” the 55-year-old told the Nepali-language Annapurna Post.

‘I could have killed it with a stick but I was mad with anger and wanted to take revenge. I killed it with my teeth.’

Simple Trick To Keep The Summer Bugs Away

This is a simple trick to keep the mosquitoes away! Finally, the perfect easy mosquito trap!Mosquitoes are small, midge-like flies which compose the family Culicidae. Although a few species are harmless or even useful to humanity.Mosquitoes cause more human suffering than any other organism — over one million people worldwide die from mosquito-borne diseases every year. Not only can mosquitoes carry diseases that afflict humans, they also transmit several diseases and parasites that dogs and horses are very susceptible to. These include dog heartworm, West Nile virus (WNV) and Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE). - See more at: http://www.npnewsportal.com/simple-trick-to-keep-the-summer-bugs-away/#sthash.f58RI6Lg.dpufIn addition, mosquito bites can cause severe skin irritation through an allergic reaction to the mosquito’s saliva – this is what causes the red bump and itching. Mosquito vectored diseases include protozoan diseases, i.e., malaria, filarial diseases such as dog heartworm, and viruses such as dengue, encephalitis and yellow fever. CDC Travelers’ Health provides information on travel to destinations where human-borne diseases might be a problem. Mosquitoes require standing or stagnant water to breed. Avoid standing water especially at dusk and dawn when mosquitoes are most active, if possible. - See more at: http://www.npnewsportal.com/simple-trick-to-keep-the-summer-bugs-away/#sthash.f58RI6Lg.dpuf

Impossible 3 goals by Roberto carlos

Most dengerous road on the planet

There’s nothing like a road trip to lift the spirits – beautiful views, restful days, discovering new places. But maybe you’re the sort of strange cookie who finds that a tad boring. You prefer your panoramic views with a few spoons of hair-raising adrenalin.

What makes a road an adventure? Narrow gravel tracks perched precipitously on mountainsides certainly up the ante. As do roads so far away from civilization that taking survival supplies is mandatory. Then there are routes that you must time right, or you’ll wish you’d taken a boat instead.

Term Policies
Term life insurance is guaranteed. The premium is set at issue and clearly stated right in the policy. An annual renewable term policy has a premium that goes up every year. A level term policy has an initially higher premium that does not change for a set period, usually 10, 20 or 30 years, and then becomes annual renewable term with a premium based on your attained age.

If things don’t work out as planned, the policy owner has to absorb the cost and pay a higher premium.

xGuaranteed vs.

Bayezid Hossain is a 4 year old and the tragic boy was born with an incredibly r@re condition . The condition has left him looking like an 80-year-old man. Bayezid lives outside Magura in southern Bangladesh and he even has difficulties passing urine and already has weak and broken teeth. He is affectionately referred to as ‘old man’ in the village and the children from the village were afraid to play with him at first. But his father does claim that he is smarter than other kids of the same age. The parents have been constantly told that because of the r@re condition Progeria and Cutis Laxa, Bayezid is unlikely to live past the age of 15 . Tripti Khatun is his mother and is 18 year old and when she gave birth to him, she was only 14 year old. She is amazed at her son’s mental abilities but is also heart broken when she looks at him. She even says that ‘he looked like an alien’ when he was born. She said, ‘Bayezid only learned to walk aged three but he had a full set of teeth at three months old. His physical growth is completely abnormal but mentally, he has wonderful conversation, very aware and is very intuitive for his age. He does not look like other children. He looks like an old man. As a first time mother I can’t bear the pain of seeing my child like this.’ In 2012, Bayezid was born at a government maternity hospital. Doctors had no idea how to treat him and his parents on the other hand were devastated. His mother said, ‘I was terrified to see him when he was born. He was just flesh and bones. He looked like an alien and it was heartbreaking for me. Doctors had no idea what to do, they said they had never seen such a baby. They warned us that there was nothing they could do.’ - See more at: http://nagrikpost.com/4-year-old-boy-looks-like-an-80-year-old-pensioner/#sthash.HiYaJuDZ.dpuf

Funniest video i have ever seen

Without exaggeration, almost all animation today that emphasizes comedy and caricature bears his influence, either directly or indirectly. Doesn’t matter whether it’s Adventure Time or Despicable Me or SpongeBob, Avery’s surreal, slapstick visual approach makes its presence known, an irrepressible and incalculable force, a counterweight to the prevailing ‘illusion of life’ and script-driven orthodoxies that limit Hollywood animation.!”For all his notoriety within the animation community, Avery hasn’t received the accolades owed him as one of America’s finest animation directors. Hearing news about any recognition or honor that he receives is delightful, which is why I’m happy to report that Avery’s hometown of Taylor, Texas (population 15,191) has declared February 22, 2014, to be Tex Avery Day.In his own time, Avery inspired and motivated directors like Chuck Jones, Bob Clampett, Bill Hanna, Joe Barbera, and even the animation masters at Disney. Disney Nine Old Man Ward Kimball once wrote in his journal that a screening of Avery’s Red Hot Riding Hood “brought the house down” at Disney. The typically jaded animators spent the whole afternoon “moaning the fact that [they hadn’t] made a cartoon like that in yearsThe festivities will take place at the Howard Theatre, and the event will feature the dedication of a Texas State Historical Marker in Avery’s honor, as well as guest speakers, screenings of his cartoons, and a Tex Avery portrait unveiling. Taylor is a little more than a half hour’s drive from Austin so if you attend, please send us a report. - See more at: http://www.npnewsportal.com/funniest-video-i-have-ever-seen/#sthash.xxmBpfGH.dpuf

f!ght between Madhav Nepal vs Deepak Kuikel

The Ministry of Health and Population has directed private hospitals and nursing homes to operate from their usual station only after ascertaining the safety of their buildings.

The ministry will verify the assessment made by the health facilities before allowing them to resume operations. The ministry has also asked community and NGO hospitals to resume services only after a thorough assessment of their buildings by authorised agencies and engineers. The report should then be submitted to the ministry which will assess the hospitals’ capacity to function.

The directive comes in the wake of the strong aftershock on May 12 which is believed to have inflicted further damage to hospitals and health centres.

“We will take stern action if we find hospitals to be operating without our consent,” said Dr Guna Raj Lohani, spokesman for the ministry. “The hospitals will be responsible for the loss of life and property caused by their carelessness.”

According to the ministry, 260 state-run health facilities have been destroyed while around 500 have suffered damage in the earthquakes. Six private health institutions also faced loss of property.

In Kathmandu , government teams have marked five hospital facilities unsafe for immediate use. The Department of Urban Development and Building Construction (DUDBC), after studying the situation in 20 hospitals, marked five buildings “Red”. These includes a block of Paropakar Maternity and Women’s Hospital, Thapathali; new ICU and oncology ward of Bir Hospital; Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku; Block A of Patan Hospital; and Emergency block of Bhaktapur Hospital.

DUDBC officials say that a majority of the old hospital structures were affected. The ministry has decided to conduct post-disaster assessment of the health infrastructure in the 14 worst-hit districts.

A rapid assessment done by the World Health Organization and the ministry after the April 25 jolt had shown that district hospitals in Ramechhap, Nuwakot, Sindhupalchok and Rasuwa had become dysfunctional.

The United Nations said in its situation report that around 90 percent health facilities located outside the headquarters of the 14 districts were badly hit.
